Buraro Detudamo

Buraro Robidok Bagewa Detudamo (born 1931, died 5 June 1994[1]) was a Nauruan politician.

He was the only son of Timothy Detudamo. He was deported to the Chuuk Islands with his family[1].

He also served as a member of the Nauru Local Government Council, the Nauru Legislative Council and the Parliament of Nauru. He served as Minister Assisting the President of Nauru in all of the cabinets of Hammer DeRoburt between 1968 and 1989.

In 1992, he was the opposition candidate for the presidency, losing to Bernard Dowiyogo[2] with a vote of 7-10. Detudamo held the position of Minister of Public Works[3].

His brother-in-law was Kennan Adeang.
