Brzeźno [ˈbʐɛʑnɔ] (German: Briesen, 1939-45: Hohenbriesen)[1] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Czarnków, within Czarnków-Trzcianka County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland.[2] It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Czarnków and 60 km (37 mi) north of the regional capital Poznań.
The village has a population of 810.
