British Society for Haematology

The British Society for Haematology is the UK professional organisation for doctors specializing in haematology.[1] Apart from representing the interests of its members, it publishes the British Journal of Haematology and issues BSH Guidelines on haematological conditions.[2]

BSH Guidelines

BSH Guidelines are now maintained by 4 Task Forces under the Guidelines Executive Committee, covering 4 areas:[2]

Before the present scheme, the guidelines were formerly called BCSH Guidelines after the erstwhile British Committee for Standards in Haematology, which was a committee of the BSH.
