Brijmohan Sadanah (6 October 1933 - 21 October 1990), born in Gujranwala, Punjab, Pakistan, sometimes credited as Brij Mohan or simply Brij, was a veteran Hindi film producer and director. He is very well known for some of the most memorable box office hit films from the 1960s, 1970s, and 1980s such as Do Bhai , Yeh Raat Phir Na Aayegi, Ustadon Ke Ustad, Night in London, Victoria No. 203, Chori Mera Kaam, Ek Se Badhkar Ek, Yakeen and Professor Pyarelal. His last successful film was Mardon Wali Baat. He consistently chose to have Kalyanji Anandji as the music directors of his films.

In the early 1980s he suffered major setback when some of his well shot films turned out to be major flops at box office like Oonche Log, Bombay 405 Miles, Magroor. The jinx of flops ended with success of Taqdeer and Mardon Wali Baat.

Brij died on 21 October 1990 in Mumbai. He shot himself dead at his residence after killing his wife and daughter in an inebriated state. Incidentally, the day was also his son Kamal Sadanah's birthday.[1]

His son Kamal Sadanah is also a Hindi film actor, producer & director
