Dr. Branko Nešović (Serbian Cyrillic: др Бранко Нешовић) (July 11, 1930 – November 23, 2002) was a Serbian footballer and doctor.

He was the doctor during Red Star Belgrade's famous 1991 European Cup win.[1]
