History

The construction of BSCS was completed in July 2005 and the school opened in September to accommodate the year 7 pupils. In 2008, the school was awarded specialist status in Performing Arts. The school was rated good by the Ofsted inspection in April 2013.[1]

The trust now comprises seven local schools.
