Bon Air Baptist Church
Bon Air Baptist Church (BABC) is a dynamic, multisite congregation with three campuses in Chesterfield County and Richmond City. Approximately 2,500 members gather for worship at one of six services on Sundays.
Locations
Bon Air Baptist Church currently has three campuses[1]:
- The Buford Road Campus is located in the National Historic District of Bon Air, VA.
- The James River Campus is located just west of 288 and 711 in Midlothian, VA.
- The Village Campus is located near the University of Richmond in Richmond's Near West End community.
Vision and Mission
Bon Air Baptist Church's vision is, "A place to belong... A place to become." They embrace "mission-mindedness, a multi-site movement, bridge-building to future generations, multi-ethnicity, and mobilizing our people to serve." Priorities include, "...mentoring and developing both our newest and long-term members, serving others inside and outside our church who need emotional, physical, and spiritual support, and most importantly, helping to bring non-believers to Christ." The church was started by Woodland Heights Baptist Church.
