Bolbe pygmaea is a species of praying mantis in the genus Bolbe in the family Iridopterygidae of the order Mantodea.[1] It is endemic to Australia.

Description

At approximately 1 cm in length when fully grown, Bolbe pygmea is the smallest species of praying mantis in the world.[2][3][4][5][6][7][8]
