Bodh Raj Sawhney was a Judge of the first High Court of Jammu and Kashmir on its establishment in March 1928.[1] He was appointed as a Puisne Judge along with Khan Bahadur Aga Syed Hussain. Lala Kanwar Sein was appointed as the first Chief Justice of the High Court.[2][3]
