Blitz//Berlin is a Canadian band based in Toronto, Ontario. Formally known as Theset, the longtime friends and musicians began creating scores for independent films and re-entered the scene as an electro punk group in 2013.[1][2]

The trio composed the score to the sci-fi horror film Extraterrestrial, released in October 2014, also featuring their original song "Leviathan".[3] In September 2013 they released their debut mixtape "One", including the songs "Drink", "Outside", and "Legend"[4][5] They held their first show at The Drake Hotel in Toronto on March 27, 2014[6] The band released their debut album Distance on October 25, 2015, including the single "Jesus Shoes", the video for which premiered via Noisey.[7]

In 2016 they composed the critically acclaimed music to the official trailer for The Girl On The Train featuring a sample of Kanye West's Heartless.[8][9][10] and the score for the Canadian science-fiction horror film The Void.
