Billie Rex Kelley (August 23, 1926 – October 2, 2015) was an American football tight end in the National Football League who played for the Green Bay Packers.[1] Kelley played collegiate ball for Texas Technological College (now Texas Tech University) before being drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the 23rd round of the 1949 NFL Draft. He played professionally for one season, in 1949.[2] Kelley died in Arlington, Texas in 2015.[3]
