Padma Shri Bhabani Charan Pattanayak is a former Indian politician and freedom fighter. He was a Member of the Parliament of India representing Odisha in the Rajya Sabha, the upper house of the Indian Parliament, for three terms. Pattanayak was elected in 1961, 1966 and 1978. He had earlier taken part in the Indian freedom struggle.[1][2][3] In 2018, he was awarded with the Padma Shri.[4][5]
