Sint-Agatha-Berchem (Dutch: [sɪnt aˈɣaːta ˈbɛrxɛm] ( listen)) or Berchem-Sainte-Agathe (French: [bɛʁkɛm sɛ̃t aɡat]) is one of the nineteen municipalities of the Brussels-Capital Region in Belgium.

The municipality had a total population of 20,078 on 1 January 2006. The total area is 2.95 km² which gives a population density of 6,807 inhabitants per km². In common with all the Brussels municipalities, it is legally bilingual (French–Dutch).

The municipality is known for its calm and peaceful character. It is said that Berchem is a "village in the city". From 1922 to 1925, it was the site of the Cité Moderne, a housing project designed by the great Belgian architect Victor Bourgeois.

Sint-Agatha-Berchem is the birthplace of actor and martial artist Jean-Claude Van Damme.
