Ben Lester (born April 16th, 1998) is a British recording artist, musician and producer from Watford, currently studying music at the University of Southampton. He was a 2017 BBC Introducing featured artist,[1] following regular airplay from BBC Radio London for his demo And I Saw You earlier that year, which saw presenter Gary Crowley describe him as a "very talented singer-songwriter" who "creates his own unique moods".[2] Reviewed in Prog Magazine, Ben was described as "precocious" and "brimming with ideas and musicality".[3] Ben's debut single Falling was released on Mayfield Records in September 2018, followed by Dreaming and In The Night later that year.[4][5] Ben's full length debut LP, Tomorrow Waits, is due out in 2019. He is the son of music journalist Paul Lester.
