Belarus in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest

Belarus will select this year's Junior Eurovision entrant through their national selection "The Republican Children’s Contest". The contest will be held on 23 September in Minsk and it will be broadcast live from TVR (Belarus's First Channel).[1]

The 10 acts that will participate in this year's final were announced in August 25. The winner will be decided by a combination of jury and public voting.[2]

Lidiya Zablotskaya

Lidiya Zablotskaya (Russian: Лидия Заблоцкая, Romanized: Lidiya Zablotskaya; Belarusian: Лідзія Заблоцкая, Romanized: Lidzija Zablockaja) is a Belarusian singer. She represented Belarus in the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2011 in Armenia with the song Angely dobra.

Lidiya participated at the national selection to Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2010 but finished fourth. In the Junior Eurovision Song Contest 2011, she got third place at finals with 99 points.[3]
