Bejtyl Evel Mosque
The Bejtyl Evel Mosque or Bejtul Evel Mosque (Albanian: Xhamia e Bejtyl Evel) is Ahmadiyya Mosque in Tirana, Albania.[1]
The Bejtyl-Evel Mosque or more commonly known as Baitul Awwal Mosque is one of the largest mosques in the country.[2] It was inaugurated by Mirza Tahir Ahmad in 1995 which makes this mosque the 1st Ahmadiyya mosque to be built in Albania. It also consists of a guest house called Darul Falah in the capital city. The mosque has a capacity of 2500 people. It consists of 2 white minarets.
Ahmadiyya Muslim Community
The Ahmadiyya Muslim Community was established since 1934.[3] The Ahmadiyya Mosque was financed primarily form Ahmadiyya community donations to build the mosque.
