The Bayside Residence is a 24-floor residential tower in Dubai Marina in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.[2] The 101-unit building,[3] being developed by Trident International Holdings[4] will feature an Oxygen bar, the first in the UAE,[4] called the 02 Lounge.[2] Construction of the Bayside Residence, which began in 2006, is expected to be completed in 2007.[3]
