Bawani Khera (Hindi: बवानी खेड़ा) is a town and municipal committee in the bhiwani district of the Indian state of Haryana.[1]
Demographics
As of the 2001 India census,[2] Bawani Khera had a population of 17,438. Males constitute 53% of the population and females 47%. Bawani Khera has an average literacy rate of 56%, lower than the national average of 59.5%; with 63% of the males and 37% of females literate. 17% of the population is under six years of age.
