Baseball competitions at the 2019 Pan American Games in Lima, Peru are scheduled to be held from July 27th to August 4th. The venue for the competition is the Baseball stadium located at the Villa María del Triunfo cluster. A total eight men's teams (each consisting up to 24 athletes) competed. This means a total of 192 athletes are scheduled to compete.[1]

A total of 8 countries qualified Baseball teams. The numbers in parenthesis represents the number of participants qualified.

Qualification

A total of eight men's team will qualify to compete at the games in each tournament. The host nation (Peru) qualified in each tournament, along with winner of the South American Championship, the top two teams at the 2018 Central American and Caribbean Games and the top four teams at the Pan American Qualification tournament.
