Bar Louie is a contemporary casual bar and restaurant chain in the United States, which was founded in 1991.[1][2] As of January 2018 there are approximately 135 locations, many of which can be commonly found in shopping malls and hotels. Bar Louie is headquartered in Addison, Texas and Tom Fricke is the company's Chief Executive Officer. Sun Capital Partners is a major investor in the company dating back to June 2010.[3]
