The paper launched on November 15, 2017, shortly after the Baltimore City Paper ceased publication on November 1, 2017.[1] The paper is published by Brown, Naff, Pitts Omnimedia. Kevin Naff is a co-owner of BNP Omnimedia, and is the publisher.[2]
