Badla (English: Revenge) is an upcoming Hindi film directed by Sujoy Ghosh and starring Amitabh Bachchan and Taapsee Pannu in the lead roles. It is slated to release on 8 March 2019.[2][3][4] The film is jointly produced by Red Chillies Entertainment and Azure Entertainment. The film is the remake of the 2016 Spanish thriller film Contratiempo.
The Principal photography of the film began on 14 June, 2018 in Scotland.[5].
