Bad Blood is a three-part British television medical drama mini-series, created and written by Tony Marchant, first broadcast on ITV between 18 April and 2 May 1999. The series was co-produced by Carlton Television.
The series, directed by Tim Fywell, stars Alex Jennings as Joe Harker, a heart surgeon and Lia Williams as his wife, Nina who are desperate for a child.
The series co-starred Steven Mackintosh, Taro J. Sherabayani, Serban Celea, Emilia Fox, Kelly Hunter and Ellie Haddington, and was filmed in Timișoara, Romania and London, England, UK.[1] Notably, the series has never been re-broadcast or released on DVD.
