Babillon Tower (Georgian: ბაბილონის კოშკი) is a skyscraper currently under construction in Batumi, Georgia. It will be 170[1] meters high (47 storeys[2]). Once complete it will be tallest skyscraper in Batumi after Orbi Twin Towers (50 storeys). The tower will join the many new buildings constructed in Batumi in recent years, leading to renewal of the tourist industry.[3]

Construction is being overseen by Omer Ilknur[2] and will include a 4 Star Hotel (independent construction), casino, residences, social facilities, stores, offices, cafe, restaurants, and bars.[4]

Local residents organized a successful protest against construction of the “Babillon Tower” at night. According to them, construction work on the hotel had been underway in 24-hour mode for 20 days.[5]
