Azadshahr County (Persian: شهرستان آزادشهر), formerly Shahpasand is a county in Golestan Province in Iran. The capital of the county is Azadshahr. At the 2006 census, the county's population was 88,251, in 21,188 families.[1] The county consists of two districts: Central District and Cheshmeh Saran District. The county has three cities: Now Deh Khanduz, Neginshahr, and Azadshahr.
