AviAlliance[1] is an airport management company headquartered in Düsseldorf, Germany. The company was founded in 1997 as Hochtief AirPort, a subsidiary of the international construction service provider Hochtief. Since 27 September 2013, the company has been owned by a subsidiary of the Public Sector Pension Investment Board.[2]

As an airport manager, AviAlliance acquires shareholdings in private airports and — working together with the other shareholders - operates these as independent commercial enterprises.
