Education

• Founder Trustee of Six Engineering Colleges located in Ghaziabad, Moradabad and Kanpur under the Krishna Group of Institutions. Three (3) of the said colleges are ranked in Top Ten (10), with KIET ranking as best college in the state of Uttar Pradesh.
• Chairman of Management Committee of Technology Business Incubator, KIET (jointly promoted by NSTEBD, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India).
• In his leadership, TBI KIET is running Human Capital Development Programme at Mahindra World City-SEZ (Jaipur Mahindra World City has awarded Certificate of Appreciation to TBI-KIET).
• Economics Times, New Delhi Edition of 11 February 2011 has ranked TBI at 7th position in 14 TBI of India being promoted by NSTEDB, DST, Government of India.
• Under his leadership TBI-KIET is running CSR project at Mahindra World City SEZ, Jaipur, since 2010 to upgrade the skill of unemployed youth of catchment area in association with Mahindra World City, Jaipur. The title of project is “Apni Pehchan Kaushal Se” (till date 525 youths have been trained in the area of electrical, automobiles, security guards and computers and 255 youths have been placed in leading industries of SEZ, Jaipur).
• Under his leadership, Mahindra World City–SEZ, Jaipur (A big corporate of India) has awarded a “Certificate of Appreciation”.

Entrepreneurship and Skill Development

First Entrepreneurship Development Cell of Uttar Pradesh was established in KIET Engineering College in 2002 (being promoted by NSTEDB, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India). Since then, the Cell has trained approximately 8,000 students in 161 independent activities.

More than 2,000 unemployed youths have been trained to enhance their skills in various trades under his leadership.

Founder initiator to promote computer education for under privileged group of the society in schools of Ghaziabad. More than 500 students from under privileged back ground have been given training. Founder of Computer Center operating at District Jail Dasna, Ghaziabad, since 7 years (inaugurated by Dr. Kiran Bedi, Former IPS & Raman Magsaysay Award winner). Dasna Jail Chapter has trained more than 299 prisoners. Project Swadheen is running in 3 Schools of Ghaziabad, giving job and life skills to more than 300 students.

Technology Incubation

• Founder Chairman of Management Committee of Krishna Path Incubation Society, TBI and KIET Ghaziabad.
• In his leadership, DST, Government of India has upgraded Entrepreneurship Development Cell as Technology Business Incubator in the year 2007-08 with support of NSTEDB, DST as joint venture of KIET, Ghaziabad.
• TBI Inaugurated by Dr. T. Ramaswami, Secretary, Department of Science & Technology, Government of India, in presence of senior officials of DST.
• In his leadership TBI-KIET has promoted 29 companies owned by Engineering Graduate students of nearby colleges as first generation entrepreneur giving employment to more than 300 people. Many technologies have been developed and patented by these incubates company.
• TBI-KIET provide work space, internet, 24x7 power backup, shared conference room, mentorship & seed support to start-ups.
• Ministry of Micro, Small & Medium Enterprises has supported 14 incubates of TBI-KIET under “Entrepreneurial Management & Incubator Support Scheme”.

Affordable Housing

Established one of a kind, Dinesh Nagar, for the urban poor in Delhi NCR. Launched price was Rs. 4.5 lakhs in 2011 and still one of the only projects in sub 10 lakhs.

• In Dinesh Nagar for the first time in country, credit assessing norms for affordable housing loans were changed by State Bank of India and Special Task Force was made for providing loans.

• More than 900 families have been given possession.

Dinesh Chand Garg Khel Mahotsav

Organized largest Khel Mahotsav in Ghaziabad till date with participation from more than 3,500 athletes and more than 5,000 viewers.

Re Madhav Publications

Founder of Re Madhav Publication, to promote Hindi literature and Hindi authorship and publish world class quality production.

Published more than 200 books with landmark titles including Scoop, Mukti, Gaddar Kaun, Bharat Niyati aur Sangharsh, etc.
