Astrid Veillon

Astrid Veillon

Astrid Veillon is a French actress.

Life

Coming from a family from Combrée in Anjou, she is the daughter of Bertrand Viscount Veillon de la Garoullaye and his wife Vicomtesse Christine (née Chêne). She is a descendant of Françoise Chatelain de Cressy, known as the "grandmother of Reunion".

She is the niece of Patrick Chêne and the cousin of Juliette Chêne.

Astrid Veillon left at the age of 17 for Aix-en-Provence, in order to realize her dream: to be an actress. She began by posing as a model for fashion photos.

At 20, she went to Paris, where she joined the Beauties agency  and participated in some commercials such as Andros or Ibis hotels.

Her acting career began with AB productions, and continued with the Extreme Limite action series, for the TF1 channel, between 1994 and 1995. This experience and allowed her major media exposure.

In 2016, she signed for a recurring role in the second season of the medical series of France 2 Nina and appeared in an episode of Meurtres in Aix-en-Provence, under the direction of Claude-Michel Rome.

She returned mostly as a heroine of a regular series: she lends her features to Commander Léa Soler in Tandem, developed by Christophe Douchand and Emmanuel Rigaut.[1][2]
