Asma Elghaoui (born 29 August 1991) is a Tunisian-born Hungarian handballer who plays as a pivot for Siófok KC and the Hungarian national team.

She was part of the Tunisian team at the 2009 World Women's Handball Championship in China,[2] where Tunisia placed 14th.
