Ashmoret Mishal

Ashmoret Mishal (born November 10, 1991) is an Israeli ultramarathoner, author, and former physical and leadership coach for the Israel Defense Forces.

Early life

Mishal was born in Haifa, Israel. She attended the Niles North High School and graduated from Open University of Israel with a Bachelor of Arts in psychology in 2015.[1][2]

Career

From the years of 2010 to 2012, Mishal served in the Israel Defense Forces as part of her mandatory conscription, becoming a fitness trainer for soldiers. She then founded the Ultra Leadership Method, a training program that teaches physical and mental traits to succeed in their goals.[1][3] Mishal authored Ultra Success: 12 Steps to Power Performance in 2016, a guide to success in achievements.[4][5]

Mishal currently runs in ultramarathons, competing in over four races and gaining fame for being a women role model for Israel.[6][7][8]
