Arthur Kouassi (born 17 November 1989 in Bondoukou, Ivory Coast) is a Ivorian professional footballer who plays for Ilocos United of the Philippines Football League since 2017.
Global FC
With Global of the old Philippines United Football League in 2016, Kouassi helped the club reach the 2016 UFL Cup final[2] wherein they lost 1-3 to Ceres.
