Arthur Castrén

Johan Arthur Castrén (June 10, 1866, Turtola – June 29, 1946, Jakobstad) was a Finnish politician. He was a member of the Senate of Finland and the first director of internal affairs[1] from 27.11.1917 to 27.11.1918, before Ministry of Interior was created. He served as Mayor of Helsinki from 1931 to 1936.
