Aircompany Armenia is an Armenian airline that was founded on 25 November 2015 and commenced operations on 21 April 2016.
History
Aircompany Armenia was founded on 25 November 2015 by Tamaz Gaishvili and Robert Hovhannisyan.[2] Gaishvili has 25% ownership of the company, Robert Hovhannisyan has 24% ownership and Ashot Torosyan has 51% ownership.
