Arild Gulden (born 4 December 1941) is a Norwegian international handball player and football player.[1]

Handball career

Gulden made his debut on the Norwegian national handball team in 1958, and played 52 matches for the national team between 1958 and 1971.[2] He participated at the 1961, 1964 and 1967 World Men's Handball Championship.

With the club SK Arild he won the Norwegian indoor championship in 1958.[1]

Football career

Gulden was capped nine times for the Norway national football team. With FC Lyn he won the 1964 Norwegian First Division.[1]
