Arestorides argus, common name : the eyed cowrie, is a species of sea snail, a cowry, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Cypraeidae, the cowries.[1]

Distribution

This species and its subspecies are distributed in the seas off Aldabra, Chagos, the Comores, Kenya, Madagascar, the Mascarene Basin, Mauritius, Mozambique, RĂ©union, the Seychelles, Somalia and Tanzania.
