Arellia (gens)
The gens Arellia was a plebeian family at Rome. The gens does not appear to have been particularly large or important, and is known primarily from three individuals.[1]
Members
- Arellius Fuscus, a rhetorician who flourished at Rome in the latter years of Augustus. His son, who had the same name, was also a rhetorician.[2]
- Quintus Arellius Fuscus, either the father or the son, bore the praenomen Quintus, but it is not certain which.[3]
- Arellius, a painter who was celebrated at Rome a little before the reign of Augustus.[4]
