Antonio Jesús Regal Angulo, commonly known as Antoñito (born 24 December 1987), is a Spanish footballer who plays for Real Valladolid as either a right back or a midfielder.

Football career

Born in Herrera, province of Seville, Antoñito graduated from Polideportivo Ejido's youth ranks, and made his senior debuts in the 2006–07 season with the reseerves, in Tercera División. On 4 November 2007 he played his first match as a professional, coming on as a second-half substitute in a 1–4 loss at UD Salamanca for the Segunda División championship.[1]

On 26 January 2008 Antoñito was loaned to UD Melilla in Segunda División B until June.[2] He returned to Poli and subsequently became a regular for the Andalusians, now in the third level.

Antoñito continued to compete in the third tier in the following campaigns, representing UD Almería B, Écija Balompié[3] and FC Cartagena.[4] On 23 June 2014 he signed a two-year deal with Albacete Balompié, newly promoted to the second level.[5]

Antoñito scored his first professional goal on 6 February 2016, netting his team's second in a 2–2 home draw against Real Oviedo. On 13 July, after the club's relegation, he signed for Córdoba CF.[6]

On 8 July 2017, Antoñito was transferred to fellow second tier club Real Valladolid, signing a three-year contract.[7]
