Anni Unger (born 2 May 1944) is a Saxon cross country skier who won the Silver medal at the 1970 world championships. She competed for the SG Dynamo Klingenthal / Sportvereinigung (SV) Dynamo.[1] She also competed at the 1968 Winter Olympics and the 1972 Winter Olympics.[2]
