Anjum Moudgil (born 5 January 1994) is an Indian sport shooter. She is from Chandigarh and represents Punjab team in shooting. Currently pursuing her Masters in sports psychology. She is also an avid abstract painter.[1][2][3][4][5]

Early life

Anjum hails from Chandigarh. She picked up shooting in 2009.

Achievements

Earlier in 2018, she won a silver medal in the women's 50m Rifle 3 Positions (3P) event at the ISSF World Cup in Mexico. In 2018, at the Commonwealth Games (CWG) she secured the silver medal, where she shot 455.7 points, with scores of 151.9 in kneeling and 157.1 in prone, in the women’s 50m rifle 3 positions event. In the qualification round, she broke the CWG Qualifying record by a significant margin. Moudgil has scored 589 (196 in kneeling, 199 in prone and 194 in standing).[6][2][2]
