Aneek Dhar born in Kolkata, West Bengal, is an Indian singer known for 1st winning the reality television singing contest Zee Bangla Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007then next winning the reality television singing contest Zee TV present Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Challenge 2007 as a singer he is first winner for competition SAREGAMAPA ZEE TV 2007., He became Himesh Reshammiya's protege and represented Himesh Reshammiya's Rock Gharana on the show. He also won Bengali show Big boss & Dada Giri as well.

Singing career

Dhar's first solo album, "Khwaishein"[1] was released in 2008.[2] "Khwaishein" Won Kalakar Awards in the Best Music Album category.

In 2008 Aneek participated in Zee TV's show Ek Se Badhkar Ek, and was an anchor for Zee Bangla Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. In August 2010 Aneek did public performances in the Netherlands also. In 2011, he was a host for the show Zee Bangla Sa Re Ga Ma Pa Li'l Champ 2011.[3] In 2012 he participated in the shows "Jo Jeeta Wohi Superstar -2" and Music Ka Maha Muqqabla on Star Plus, and he won the Bengali edition of the first season of Bigg Boss. He also hosted the game show Parar Shera Bouthan.
