Andriy Zayats

Andriy Zayats (b. October 27, 1971) is a Ukrainian diplomat.

Early life

Zayats was born in Uzhgorod, Ukraine. In 1993 graduated from the Faculty of Foreign Languages of the State University of Uzhgorod. Before entereing the diplomatic service, from 1993-1995 he served as a secondary school teacher, in the Transcarpathian region.

  • 2006-February 2008 - Head of Cabinet of the Minister for Foreign Affairs
  • February 2008-July 2013 - Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Guinea, to the Republic of Senegal and to the Republic of Côte d'Ivoire
