Andrew Mangiapane (born April 4, 1996) is a Canadian professional ice hockey forward, who is currently playing with the Stockton Heat in the American Hockey League (AHL) as a prospect to the Calgary Flames in the National Hockey League (NHL). He previous played with the Barrie Colts of Ontario Hockey League (OHL), and was selected by the Flames in the 6th round (166th overall) of the 2015 NHL Entry Draft.

Playing career

In his first year with the Barrie Colts, Mangiapane's outstanding play was rewarded when he was named to the 2013–14 OHL First All-Rookie Team,[1] and during the 2014–15 OHL season Mangiapane cracked 100 points, scoring 43 goals and 104 points in 68 games played.[2] The following season he was named an alternative captain for the Colts.[3]

On March 23, 2016 he was signed to an entry-level contract by the Flames.[4] He made his NHL debut in the Flames' New Year's Eve game against the Chicago Blackhawks.[5]
