Andreja Efremov (Macedonian: Андреја Ефремов, born 2 September 1992) is a Macedonian footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for Bulgarian club Lokomotiv Sofia.[1] He has also represented Macedonia in the UEFA European Under-21 Championship.[2]
