Andrea Carrie Drews (born December 25, 1993) is an American volleyball player who has played for several Italian women's teams.

She plays for the United States national team. She plays as an opposite for Volleyball Casalmaggiore.

Career

The career of Andrea Annie Drews began at school tournaments. After finishing high school, she joined the Purdue University women's volleyball team, with which she took part in the Division I NCAA from 2012 to 2015.[1]

In the 2016, she began her professional career, in the Liga de Voleibol Superior Femenino for the Indias de Mayagüez, and was included in the all-star team at the end of the tournament. In the following season she was with the Criollas de Caguaso.

In the 2017-18 championship she played in the Italian A1 Series with the newly promoted Legnano SAB, interrupting her relationship with the Lombard team in December 2017; in January 2018 she was signed by Casalmaggiore.

Drews has played for the United States national team. In 2017 she won the 2017 Women's Pan-American Volleyball Cup gold medal,[2] and the bronze medal at the 2017 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix.[3]
