Andhra Pradesh MedTech Zone Limited(popularly known as AMTZ) is an enterprise under the Government of Andhra Pradesh,a 270 Acre zone, dedicated for medical device manufacturing. The objective is to reduce the cost of manufacturing up to 40%, to simplify end-to-end operations for manufacturers, and to reduce import dependency.

On 14 February 2017, AMTZ was awarded as “Innovative Medtech Zone” by the World Health & Wellness Congress.[3] Dr. Jitendar Sharma, Director and CEO of AMTZ was included as of the “100 Most Impactful Healthcare Leaders globally” by the World Health & Wellness Congress.[4]

On 27 February 2017, AMTZ was included in the list of “25 Fastest Growing Medical Tech Companies in India 2017” by The CEO magazine.[5]
