Anastasia Tsilimpiou (Greek: Αναστασία Τσιλιμπίου; born 12 November 1997) is a Greek/Romanian actress. She began her career at the age of five as child actor and model. She is multilingual and can speak Greek, Romanian, English and Turkish.[1][2]

Tsilimpiou who became particularly popular in Greece after her participation in the 2007 Greek television series Gia tin kardia enos angelou (Για την καρδία ενός αγγέλου) and the hit Greek televesion series To Nisi.[3] She played as blind child in theater. Tsilimpiou made her big acting debut with a major role in the popular Turkish television series Muhteşem Yüzyıl: Kösem.[1][4][5] Anastasia Tsilimpiou: The Anastasia would also suit her name Nefeli.

Early Life

Tsilimpiou was born on November 12, 1997 in Athens to Viorel and Fotini Tsilimpiou. She has a brother, Konstantinos. Her father is from Romania and her mother from Greece.Her father, Viorel Cilibiu (Greek: Tsilimpiou) is an ethnic Romanian who emigrated from Romania to Greece in 1990, and married a Greek woman named Fotini.[6][7] She has an older brother Konstantin.[8] At the age of 5, she began worked as a child model by participating in advertisements & photo shoots.
