American Rally Association
The American Rally Association is a non-profit stage rally sanctioning body in the United States. The organization is led by Tim O'Neil of Team O'Neil Rally School. The ARA claims to have swayed four of the leading sanctioning body, Rally America's, races.[1]
Rally America, having effectively lost support from half of their national championship races, issued a statement on July 28, 2016, stating that they will organize the 2017 National Championship and that they have no plans to or partner with any other sanctioning body. Rally America will continue to organize the 2016 Rally America National Championship.[2]
