Amalosia jacovae, also known as the clouded gecko, is a species of gecko, a lizard in the family Diplodactylidae. The species is endemic to Australia.
Etymology
The specific name, jacovae (Latin, feminine, genitive singular), is in honor of Australian herpetologist Jeanette Adelaide Covacevich ( j + a + cov + suffix -ae).[2]
Geographic range
A. jacovae is found in southeastern Queensland.[1]
