Allocasuarina helmsii is a shrub of the genus Allocasuarina native to both South Australia[1] and Western Australia (in the central Wheatbelt and Goldfields-Esperance regions).[2]

The dioecious shrub typically grows to a height of 1 to 5 metres (3 to 16 ft).
