Ali Osman Ali is current governor[1][2][3][4] of Halabja Province in Iraq. Graduated from College of Law, University of Sulaimania, he was given the role of governor on 26 August 2016.[5] He was replaced with Azad Tofiq in an internal deal by his governing PUK political party.[6]
